Sales, booth management, and a lot of happy customers
Your day starts early at our Benicia hub. You'll pick up the company truck, drive to your assigned market, and set up a polished KettlePop booth from scratch. Then the real job begins — sampling, selling, and keeping the energy high from open to close.
- Drive the KettlePop company truck from our Benicia hub to the market
- Set up and break down the full booth — tents, banners, product displays, weights
- Sample enthusiastically and actively pitch KettlePop to every passerby
- Hit and exceed daily sales goals through energy and engagement
- Operate the fire kettle and pop fresh batches throughout the shift
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately using our POS system
- Monitor and manage inventory throughout the day
- Keep the booth clean, organized, and visually sharp at all times
- Return the truck and complete end-of-day paperwork at the hub
Outgoing, friendly, and genuinely comfortable talking to strangers. You thrive in high-energy environments and love closing a sale.
RequiredFull availability on Saturdays and Sundays is non-negotiable. Early morning start times are a must — markets open on time, rain or shine.
Required · Saturdays & SundaysValid driver's license with a clean record. You'll be driving our company transit truck — 2 years experience and fewer than 2 DMV points required.
Required for driving positionsComfortable lifting up to 50 lbs (tents, weights, corn bags) and standing for the full duration of a market shift.
